I contacted Full Scale Construction as I needed a large, three-storey property converted for use as an HMO licensed rental property. I was quoted a very fair price that I was happy to accept. As I was in Germany for the majority of the time that the work was being carried out for, I needed a builder who could just get on with the job, and that's exactly what Darran and the boys did. Darran kept me fully updated on the progress of the work, including sending me photographs of the work that had been done. He was also in constant contact with the council, meaning that once the work was completed the license application was quickly accepted without a further site visit required. When I returned to Swansea I was very happy with the standard of the work and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Following an initial meeting Darren provided us with a proper detailed breakdown of the work showing all payments. Full Scale started work on the exact day they said they would and completed the extension a few days ahead of their estimated programme, in spite of some additional work being required. Darren, Rowan and the lads worked on through some terrible weather in the early stages. We found them knowledgable, friendly and hard working and on the basis of our experience would recommend Full Scale Construction as a builder.

I own houses in the Uplands area of Swansea and for many years his company Full Scale Construction has done work on my houses for very reasonable prices and to a very high standard. Darran and Rowan (his business partner) have recently completed the upgrading of one of my houses to H.M.O standards, including a new roof, plastering ceilings, fitting fire doors and various other repairs.
